They reject it because if it’s true, the Eden account can’t be literal history…
…therefore, Adam and Eve weren’t actual real people, therefore the “Original Sin” (whatever one thinks it is) didn’t actually happen, therefore Jesus’ “ransom sacrifice” wasn’t necessary…

Even if there was no 'original sin", you have your own sin that you have personal experience with. So, your logic is a non-sequitur.

By the way, what makes you think Evolution is true? I put up several documented cases of substantial evolution fraud in previous posts aimed at deceiving the public in museums and universities.. Where is your outrage at those obvious deceptions? Do you want evolution to be true or do you want truth regardless?

By the way, If you are a product of random mutations over billions or years, how could you be sure of what logic even is? Whey would it be the same in England as it is Hawaii? Why even ackknowledge known laws of logic if they are arbitrary. Logic itself is inconsistent with a naturalism wordview becuse it is conceptual, rooted in the nature of God.

Christians have a basis of acknowledging logic because God is the source of all truth and we are made in his image. You have to borrow from the Christian worldview to even argue against it.

wow... only 100 million years from the big bang.

that is pretty early given the 12 billion year age of the universe assigned by scholars who adhere to naturalism.

I agree. And I fully intend on watching this closely.

Because secular cosmologists find a universe they cannot explain with the BB theory (or the steady-state) theory, they make the incredible claim that the trillions of stars and galaxies that we observe are not original. They imagine that there has been a least three universes that have run out of gas, exploded, and reconstituted themselves into what we now see.

All this without a shred of evidence of the hypothetical original stars.... no matter how "far back" they look.

This is the real elephant in the room no one is talking about. The perfectly shaped spiral galaxies observed from the dawn of time, together with their brigntness, size and frequency is just icing on the cake for the Creationist.

I think you would agree that if you are a "born-in", had our ancestors believed God, they would not have put their trust in the Governing Body and that would have saved us much tragedy.

Psalm 146:3 - Do not trust in...in mortal man, in whom there is no salvation.

Jeremiah 17:5 - Cursed is the man who trusts in mankind

Isaiah 2:22 - Stop regarding man, whose breath of life is in his nostrils; For why should he be esteemed?

The choice to not believe God is directly responsible for wiping out 5 generations of my family. So, I am very reluctant to go against what God says. I've seen the devastating consequences.

Correct thinking and sound logic make the decision to believe God fully acceptable to me.

The blatant deceptions of evolutionists are simply breath-taking. The video below is just one of many examples of why the biblical advice on not putting our ultimate trust in men is wise.

@SBF - Don't you believe God existed before Jesus? Why reject the obvious and search for a solution clearly outside of scripture?

You are not addressing the bible's solution to the "problem". I guess your silence means that you do not believe that we are constructed of soul, spirit and body as the bible teaches, is that ok to assume that?

That is why you want to takes sides on whether or not Jesus was less than God. The scriptures clearly teach both equality and less than equality. The solution the bible offers on the nature of man resolves this "problem" that modern man has who is infected with Materialism.

God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

BOTH positions are clearly taught here.... as in a dozen other places including early church writings.

The WT does not teach a literal Genesis history. They are in the same "billions-of-years" camp as atheists. When a person leaves the WT, rarely do they shed the billion-of-years indoctrination they received as a child from the WT and their partents.

Heb. 1 -

6 And again, when He brings the firstborn into the world, He says:

Do you believe that man is a tri-partite being as the bible teaches? If not, that is where the problem starts.

Phil 2:5-11 indicates that Jesus started out as an angel

The idea that he was God and man at the same time came in the fifth century at Chalcedon.

Ignatius who was a disciple of the Apostle John wrote this:

For our God, Jesus the Christ, was conceived by Mary according to God’s plan, both from the seed of David and of the Holy Spirit.

Clearly, there was no confusion about who Jesus was among the early followers and teachers of Christianity.

Two chimps from the same tribe are further apart genetically that we are from Neanderthals. End of conversation. I am skeptical of "science" authority figures. May have something to do with the WT wiping out 5 genertions of my family with loads of arrogance and BS.. I don't know.

The sad fact is that their is a long history of missing link frauds that have been put forth by biased evolutionary advocates. If you had a friend who lied to you over and over again, eventually you just wouldn’t give much credibility to anything they said. The missing links put forth look real scientific and respectable with their big names like ardipithecus ramidus but dig a little deeper and you realize there isn’t any real support for what they are preaching. Here’s some more examples:

Ramapithecus, found in 1976, which was only the fragment of a jaw and several teeth was put forth as a missing link and turned out to be an orangutan.

Javaman or Homo Erectus was a Gibbon monkey skull and a human leg bone found 50 feet away by Eugène Dubois. This was a hoax which Eugène confessed to before he passed away. He had also found two human skulls right nearby which he had hidden in order to make his Homo Erectus fossil seem more plausible.

Piltdown Man was a human skull combined with the jaw of an orangutan collected in 1912 from a gravel pit at Piltdown, a village near Uckfield, East Sussex, in England. The teeth were filed down to make the fossil look more human. This was a fraud that fooled evolutionists for 40 years.

Nebraska Man was made up based off of one tooth found in 1921!! Turned out to be the tooth of an extinct pig.

These frauds are so preposterous it boggles my mind. But they linger in texbooks and museums for decades deceiving the public. Over and over, I have seen "scientists" falsify data.

They just make stuff up and feel completely self-righteous in doing so. They know what is good for the rest of us.... kinda like like how we used to lie for the Watchtower. "No, we're not here to change your religion. We're just here to promote bible reading". We knew what was good for them, right?

It is not the early hominids we should be watching. The contemporary ones are much more interesting to study. They are known to lie, deceive and cheat. And, feel completely justified in doing so.

When you ask a million-of-years proponent where all the stars come from, they say from other stars of course.

Reminds me of the Steve Martin skit where he expalins how to make a million dollars. "First, you start with a millioin dollars". (laughter)

So, we are supposed to believe the the stars we see now are third generation stars. The reason is that the stars we observe have more elements than just hydrogen and helium, which would have been about the only elements present in a BB scenario.

So where did the stars come from? First, you start with the original generation III stars.... (laughter begins). So, the starting point for the secularist in explaining where the stars come from is other stars. In other words, "First you start with a star".... How convenient. Really?

Recent articles also confirm that the "early" universe Webb is seeing does not conform to a BB model:

1. the James Webb Space Telescope has sighted two of the most distant galaxies ever — and delivered a brilliant surprise. These galaxies are far brighter than anyone expected, challenging our view of how the cosmos took shape in the aftermath of the big bang

2. “We discovered there are many more distant galaxies than we had been expecting,” Treu said. “Somehow the universe has managed to form galaxies faster and earlier than we thought.”

3. The early images and data from the telescope brought home “how quickly our understanding of galaxies is changing,” said Jeyhan Kartaltepe, associate professor at the Rochester Institute of Technology

All very predictible, if you are a creationist.
